  • Conduct comprehensive orthodontic evaluations, including X-rays, impressions, and photographs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
  • Install and adjust orthodontic appliances such as braces, retainers, and clear aligners.
  • Monitor patient progress throughout the course of treatment and make necessary adjustments.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
  • Collaborate with other dental professionals, including general dentists and oral surgeons, to coordinate multidisciplinary treatment when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in orthodontic technology and techniques through continuing education and professional development.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience throughout their orthodontic journey.
  • Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.
  • Board certification in orthodontics.
  • Valid state dental license in good standing (or willingness to obtain).
  • Proven experience working as an Orthodontist, with a strong track record of successful orthodontic treatments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
