About The Position

Razi Orthodontics is seeking a full-time Orthodontist Assistant in Naperville, IL. We are offering $20 – $28 per hour plus bonuses. Aside from earning competitive pay, you get to enjoy the following benefits and perks : 401(k) with company match A cash balance pension plan Health and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Uniforms Employee discounts Growth opportunities Bonus structure (our bonuses are called "games" and pay out based on review-driven goals) Company parties YOUR DAY AS AN ORTHODONTIST ASSISTANT You will assist the orthodontist to create beautiful smiles and deliver an excellent patient experience by performing a variety of orthodontic procedures such as digital scans, supporting Invisalign treatment, and maintaining patient records; you will empower patients by providing clear, friendly instructions on orthodontia and oral care while utilizing the latest orthodontic technology, you will travel between the Naperville and Wheaton offices as required, and you will collaborate with the team to contribute to a friendly, uplifting, and lighthearted atmosphere that supports learning and growth. YOUR SCHEDULE AS AN ORTHODONTIST ASSISTANT This is a full-time, in-office dental role with a set schedule shared between two offices (Naperville preferred and Wheaton). You will travel between locations as needed. Typical hours are Monday – Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. . Some team members work on Friday. Part-time candidates will not be considered. There are two openings.
