About The Position
The Treatment Coordinator serves as a key member in the patient experience and flow. This position is responsible for explaining and ensuring the patient understands what treatment they need, the importance of the treatment to their overall health and the financial options to deploy in order to commit to the needed care. This position requires travel to the following offices: Mandarin: 12420 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32223; Twincourt Trail: 548 W Twincourt Trail, St. Augustine, FL 32095; Fleming Island: 1605 County Rd 220, Fleming Island, FL 32003. (Mileage reimbursement is provided)
