Robinwood Dental in Hagerstown, MD is looking to hire a full-time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to provide support to our patients receiving orthodontic care with Dr. Horman. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT COORDINATOR As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you are the "go-to" person to provide non-clinical support to our patients. You'll work with patients on the financial aspect of their orthodontic treatment, and help field and manage incoming patient questions regarding their treatment & accounts. You are the smiling face who helps the patient's check-out after their clinical appointment is complete. You effectively coordinate our appointment schedule to make sure our staff stays busy without being overworked. When a new patient comes in, you verify their insurance plan and explain any personal treatment costs. After every appointment, you diligently file all billing claims to the appropriate sources. If a patient is struggling financially, you try to find a solution that helps them receive the care they need while ensuring that our practice is properly compensated. You take pride in helping connect people to excellent orthodontic care!
