About The Position
At Tend, our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinators are at the heart of delivering exceptional specialty care. You’re the first smile our members see when they arrive for orthodontic treatment — and the steady guide who supports them from consultation to case acceptance and beyond. This role is dynamic, people-first, and deeply collaborative. You’ll work closely with our orthodontists and studio teams to coordinate care across multiple locations, ensuring each patient feels informed, confident, and excited about their smile transformation. From presenting customized treatment plans to navigating insurance and payment options, you’ll be a trusted partner in their journey.
