About The Position

The Records & Sterilization Technician at First Impression Orthodontics plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive patient experience while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the office. Responsibilities

• Be the best part of the patients' day.
• Create an amazing first impression and daily experience for all patients.
• Welcome all patients with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Perform accurate diagnostic records using iCat.
• Accurately label, scan, and download records into patients' treatment cards.
• Download and print intra-oral photos and Proform iTero scans.
• Clean up and manage lab slips and time procedures.
• Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment and working areas according to sterilization protocols.
• Keep chairs clean, stocked, and organized.
• Create and maintain a comfortable environment in the reception area; offer coffee, etc.
• Utilize excellent verbal skills to schedule appointments.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the parking lot, entrances, reception, bathrooms, and clinic areas.
• Assist with front office duties as time allows.
• Maintain stock in the records area and notify the proper person of supplies that need to be ordered.
