Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant/Certified Dental Assistant in state working (preferred)
• CPR training (preferred)
• 1 + years working experience in clinic operations with a proven aptitude to lead by example, or equivalent level of experience in dental clinic management is a plus.
• Good conflict resolution skills
• Proven work history of excellence
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Ability to work well with public
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Extensive organization skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast pace work environment
• Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

• The Practice Manager has the overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service-oriented business.
• Ensures a positive image of Rock Dental Brands and its facilities to our patient base is adhered to.
• The Practice Manager's goal is to ensure the company vision is attained, the values are upheld, and a dynamic environment is created.
