Oliver Family Orthodontics is searching for an Orthodontic Office Manager to join our dedicated team of dental professionals in San Antonio, TX! We strive to give our patients an outstanding experience from start to finish, and our new office manager will have the opportunity to make this a reality for each guest. If you exude positivity, work well in a team environment, and have strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
- 2+ years of prior dental management experience is required
- Prior Orthodontic experience is required
- Former treatment coordinator experience is required
- Strong knowledge of insurance verification, breakdown, claim submissions, and working AR
- Strong leadership, communication, and case acceptance skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Ortho Trac software is preferred
- RDA background is a plus
