About The Position

Our world-class team of charming badasses is growing and needs to add a New Patient Coordinator. Our New Patient Coordinators are responsible for introducing new patients to our practice, presenting them with treatment options, and facilitate the transition to them starting orthodontic treatment. This is a problem solving position in an organization that values providing honest recommendations, as well as delivering expectation-shattering results. What path is best?), communicating what can feel like “a lot” in a simple and stress-free way. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a list of pending clients, removing all appropriate obstacles to them starting treatment Someone who can multitask while actively listening to their clients Willing to invest time in getting to know our patients and treatment plans You would be working primarily in our Fayetteville office, but also must be able to travel to our Centerton and Fort Smith office as needed.
