Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls, greeting patients with warmth, and managing the check-in and check-out processes throughout the day. You will also be responsible for optimizing provider schedules to enhance patient satisfaction through efficient scheduling practices. In this role, you will verify paperwork and online submissions, manage emails, and maintain a comfortable reception area. It is essential to ensure that all patients have future appointments scheduled and to provide comfort by anticipating their anxieties and effectively addressing their questions. You will update patient information and financial accounts, verify financial records, and collect patient charges as needed. Additionally, maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting orders will be part of your responsibilities.
