Requirements

Extremely personable, with a consistently positive and upbeat attitude
Team-oriented, with a “team before self” mindset
Comfortable multitasking in a high-paced clinical environment
Motivated to learn and continually improve skills
Skilled with hands-on tasks and has excellent manual dexterity
Proficient in the use of computers/tablets, with quick and accurate typing ability

Nice To Haves

Experienced in dental/orthodontic settings (preferred, but not required)
Able to quickly build rapport with patients and families of all ages
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
1+ year dental/orthodontic experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

Greeting new patients and making them feel welcome
Taking x-rays and patient photos
Chairside clinical assisting
Documenting treatment progress
Sterilization and infection control
Laboratory duties
Patient education and motivation
Assisting with practice promotion
Miscellaneous duties as needed
Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
