Requirements
- Prior orthodontic assisting experience is strongly preferred
- Confident chairside skills and strong patient communication
- Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented practice
- Positive attitude, reliability, and flexibility
- Willingness to travel with the team to Mountain Home on Mondays
Responsibilities
- Assist with orthodontic procedures including braces, clear aligners, and appliance adjustments
- Prepare operatories and maintain a clean, efficient clinical environment
- Take digital scans, photos, and X-rays using modern orthodontic technology
- Provide clear patient education on appliances, oral hygiene, and treatment expectations
- Support doctors and teammates to keep the schedule running smoothly
- Help create a welcoming, confident experience for every patient
