Pristera Orthodontics is looking for a seasoned Orthodontic Assistant who takes pride in their craft and wants to work in a well-run, patient-centered orthodontic practice. Requirements

Active Washington State RDA license required
Prior orthodontic assisting experience required
Strong chairside skills and comfort managing a full ortho schedule
Professional, patient-focused communication style
Ability to adapt and work seamlessly between Burien and Renton locations
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-driven mindset

Responsibilities

Assist with orthodontic procedures including braces, aligners, and adjustments
Confidently support doctors chairside in a fast-paced ortho setting
Take digital scans, photos, and X-rays
Prepare operatories and maintain clinical efficiency
Educate patients on appliances, oral hygiene, and treatment expectations
Work collaboratively with the clinical and front office teams to keep schedules on track
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
