Requirements

Would like some Orthodontic Assistant experience, but will consider all candidates.
Familiarity with orthodontic appliances, tools, and terminology.
Positive, patient-first attitude and strong communication skills.
A desire to learn, grow, and be part of a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Orthodontist during exams and treatments to ensure each patient receives top-notch care.
Prepare and maintain operatories and equipment — keeping things organized, clean, and ready to go.
Assist with orthodontic procedures such as placing/removing wires, bands, and retainers.
Take digital scans and help fabricate custom appliances and retainers.
Educate and support patients on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and appliance care.
Keep accurate treatment notes and collaborate with your teammates to deliver amazing results.
