Located in East Valley, we are a high-tech, close-knit orthodontic practice seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. Requirements

Must have previous Orthodontic experience (1-2 years)

Nice To Haves

Experience with ITero or 3D scanning is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, not required

Responsibilities

Communicate with the patients (parents/guardians), orthodontist, and other team members effectively
Restocks all orthodontic treatment rooms and other clinical support areas
Performs periodic inventory of all orthodontic supplies
Welcomes patients to treatment rooms in a timely fashion
Takes x-rays as prescribed
Keeps the patient schedule on time by being aware of the daily schedule, working efficiently, and as a member of a cohesive team
Assists the orthodontist with all assisting duties, including orthodontic procedures
Scanning with Itero: Invisalign practice
Sterilizes instruments and equipment after each patient appointment
Maintains dependable job attendance
Adheres to all safety and infection control rules
Complies with HIPAA and maintains confidential information
Uses appropriate safety equipment
