Requirements

Active Dental Assisting License required.
Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred.
Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, instruments, and infection control protocols.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and travel between locations if needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the orthodontist during procedures including bracket placement, wire changes, and adjustments.
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for orthodontic procedures.
Take orthodontic records such as impressions, photos, and radiographs.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, braces care, and treatment expectations.
Maintain infection control standards and ensure operatories are clean and organized.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
