Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 35-hour workweek spread over four days: Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week, plus two Thursdays and two Fridays per month, along with one administrative Monday as scheduled. How You’ll Make an Impact Prepare patients for treatment by welcoming, comforting, and seating, Build positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers to ensure the targeted outcome treatment remains on schedule. Enter detailed chart/record notations in the practice management system. Take x-rays, photos, impressions, and intraoral scans.Provide patient instruction/education. Provide reports to parents/guardians. Assist Orthodontist with consultations and all stages of orthodontic procedures. Clean/disinfect operatories and sterilize instruments and devices. Set up trays and prepare brackets for bonding. Unload and store new supplies. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. The Teammate We’re Looking For Orthodontic Assistant is preferred, or Registered Dental Assistant. However, we are willing to train the right person! Previous administrative experience within a medical or dental setting is an assetGood understanding of relevant health and safety regulationsProficiency with orthodontic/dental management software systems is preferred, but not requiredExceptional interpersonal and communications skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the communityKeen attention-to-detail and time management skills Ready to join a team that values excellence, integrity, and community?
