Requirements

  • Must be willing to travel between all locations
  • Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, instruments, and infection control protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the orthodontist during procedures, including bracket placement, adjustments, and appliance delivery.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and materials are ready for patient care.
  • Take accurate orthodontic records, including impressions, photos, and radiographs.
  • Provide patient education on appliance care, oral hygiene, and treatment expectations.
  • Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols throughout the clinical area.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
