Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 27–30-hour work week, Tuesday through Thursday, with a part-time schedule available as an option. Our typical schedule alternates weekly—one week with 3 days in Portland and 1 day in Vancouver, and the next with 2 days in Portland and 2 days in Vancouver. Travel pay is available. How You’ll Make an Impact Creating Exceptional First Impressions – Prepare patients for treatment by welcoming, comforting, and seating the patient. Build positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers to ensure the targeted outcome treatment remains on schedule. Provide Exceptional Clinical Care – Assist Orthodontist with consultations and all stages of orthodontic procedures, clean/disinfect operatories and sterilize instruments and devices, and take x-rays, photos, impressions, and intraoral scans. Patient Education – Provide patient instruction/education and provide reports to parents/guardians. Practice Growth – Build positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers to ensure the targeted outcome treatment remains on schedule. Professional Communication – Generate correspondence for referring dentists and maintain detailed patient records.
