Job Description and duties include but not limited to: Assist Doctor with orthodontic treatment Preparing teeth for bonding and debonding Charting of patient information Prepare and maintain orthodontic instruments, supplies and equipment Take photos, x-rays, and impressions Educate & instruct patients about oral health and appliance care Assist with the placement/removal of orthodontic appliances Motivate patients to take an active role in their treatment Managing a fast-paced patient schedule Helping manage sterilization department Assist with efficient clinic flow: Turning over chairs, making appointments, seating and excusing patients with a smile What we Offer : This is a full-time position and an excellent career opportunity with a competitive salary. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice To Haves
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred
- 1-2 yrs experience in orthodontics
Responsibilities
- Assist Doctor with orthodontic treatment
