About The Position
Orthodontic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Dr. Gray Orthodontics – Upland, CA 436 N Mountain Ave, Upland, CA 91786 Full-Time | In-Person Dr. Gray Orthodontics is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our established, patient-focused practice in Upland. This role is ideal for a confident, detail-oriented assistant who is comfortable working in a fast-paced orthodontic environment.
Requirements
- Active California RDA license (required)
- X-ray certification
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple patients efficiently
- Professional, team-oriented attitude
Nice To Haves
- Orthodontic experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Chairside orthodontic assisting (bracket placement, wire changes, adjustments, debonds)
- Digital impressions and intraoral scanning
- Taking panoramic and cephalometric X-rays
- Assisting with appliance delivery and patient education
- Maintaining accurate clinical notes and treatment records
- Ensuring compliance with sterilization and infection control protocols
