About The Position
As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will work closely with our orthodontist and clinical team to provide high-quality patient care in a positive, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience in orthodontics or dental assisting is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A friendly attitude and commitment to great patient care
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- X-ray certification a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist with clinical procedures
- Take digital scans, X-rays, and photos
- Prepare and sterilize instruments
- Provide excellent chairside support and patient education
- Ensure a welcoming and supportive experience for patients of all ages
- Help maintain a smooth, efficient clinical flow
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Place and remove archwires, brackets, and orthodontic appliances (as permitted by state regulations)
