Work-Life Balance: 35-hour, four-day workweek with a rotating schedule (Tues/Wed weekly, select Thurs/Fri, and one admin Monday as scheduled).
Requirements
- Orthodontic Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Strong communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to build rapport with patients, families, and team members
Nice To Haves
- Dental/medical administrative experience is an asset
Responsibilities
- Prepare and educate patients for treatment
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, and teammates
- Take x-rays, photos, impressions, and intraoral scans
- Assist the Orthodontist during consultations and procedures
- Maintain accurate charting and patient records
- Clean and sterilize operatories and instruments
- Set up trays, manage supplies, and support daily operations
