About The Position

We are seeking an Ortho Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The Ortho Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the patient experience from initial consultation to treatment completion, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination of orthodontic care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Certification or training in dental assisting or orthodontic assisting is a plus
• Proven experience in a dental or orthodontic office setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant software applications such as orthodontic practice management systems

Nice To Haves

• Certification or training in dental assisting or orthodontic assisting is a plus

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments for consultations, treatments, and follow-up visits
• Ensure all patient forms and records are accurately completed and maintained
• Educate patients on orthodontic procedures, treatment plans, and financial options
• Collaborate with the orthodontist and other team members to deliver high-quality patient care
• Manage orthodontic supplies inventory and ordering
• Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
• Stay current on orthodontic best practices and procedures to provide informed support to patients
