Most of your patients are funneled in from other units providing you with the opportunity to build on your education and experience in specialized service lines such as cardiac, telemetry, orthopedics, neurology, critical care, surgical services, and emergency. We are offering up to 25k sign on bonus for qualified candidates! We also have relocation for qualified candidates. Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Requirements

• Registered Nurse License, in good standing (State of Arkansas, or compact state, required prior to hire)
• 6 months of acute care experience is required (new graduates or nurses who have never worked in an acute care setting are hired through our residency training program)
• BLS through the American Heart Association is required
• Additional certifications (like ACLS or PALS) may be required depending on the unit

Nice To Haves

• Previous med surg experience is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver the best possible care to your set of assigned patients
• Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation
• Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging
