You build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, serving as their advocate while collaborating interdepartmentally with physicians and other team members to ensure comprehensive care. By supervising and coordinating the efforts of LPNs, Patient Care Assistants, and other nursing staff, you help patients progress in their recovery, revising care plans as needed. Requirements

• Associate degree required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Iowa RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Mandatory Reporter certification.
