Ortho Medical Assistant (Midtown)
About The Position
Responsibilites: Interview patients Gather medical information for the physician Educates the patients concerning musculoskeletal injuries Receiving information from patients to establish medical histories, Taking vital signs Preparing lab samples for testing Prepares a patient for X-rays and explaining the procedure. $16-20/hr based on relevant experience Full Time (temp to perm) At least 2 years Medical Assistant experience - requirement Athena experience - preference Orthopedic experience - required Monday-Friday full time position - requirement Can arrive at 7:30am and stay until the last patient, estimated 5:00pm but can be later - requirement Registration and/or Certification not requiered but preferred
