About The Position

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring positive patient experiences by utilizing the G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). Your responsibilities include making patients feel welcome and supported during their visits or when scheduling appointments, and assisting them with financial arrangements for their treatment. This role is associated with an affiliated dental office.

Requirements

  • At least one year Ortho experience
  • Knowledge of dental terminology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome
  • Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification)
  • Schedule appointments
  • Provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism
  • Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism
