About The Position

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our Ortho Unit at St. Joseph Medical Center. The position is full-time with night shifts available, specifically from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, working 12-hour shifts. Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire, required.
• Current BLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintain current status.
• Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Minimum six months' previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician's office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living for non-critical patients.
• Provide basic nursing care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Assist in maintaining a safe environment for patients.
