Benefits offered (Full-Time): Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account 401K Retirement Plan Employee Discounts Vacation and Sick Endless opportunities to grow within the Company Monthly Bonuses Employee Referral Incentive Program Job Duties Duties: Assist orthodontists in providing patient care and treatment Prepare patients for procedures and treatments - Take dental x-rays and accurate orthodontic records (photos and intraoral scans) - Assist with infection control protocols and sterilization of instruments - Provide chairside assistance during orthodontic procedures - Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care - Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records - Collaborate with the orthodontic team to ensure smooth workflow Skills: - Proficient in dental assisting techniques and procedures - Knowledge of infection control protocols and practices - Familiarity with orthodontic equipment and instruments - Ability to take dental X-rays and intraoral scans - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities - Basic knowledge of anatomy related to oral health and orthodontics - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Desired Profile/Background: MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN. OA/RDA License by Dental Board An upbeat personality is a MUST. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus. Familiarity with dental terminology, materials, medications, and instruments used during dental procedures. Job Type: Part-time $25.00-$30.00/Hr.
