About The Position
Clearance: TS/SCI On site 5 days per week with flexible telework as directed by the USG Travel: 25% Duty Description: Conducting test design, execution, and evaluation in the DoD operational testing and evaluation environment. Providing parametric and non-parametric statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and survey test and evaluation methods. Developing both quantitative and qualitative analysis methodologies appropriate for use in operational testing and evaluation of JT&E projects. Providing direction for process modeling, issue identification, and measure determination. Providing problem decomposition, concept development, test design, and data analysis methods; translates testing requirements; and makes recommendations for appropriate test venues. Developing dendritic decomposition and determination of operational measures of effectiveness. Providing technical risk assessment and identifies test
Requirements
- Master's Degree in a technical field (math, science, engineering, computer programming, or technical related field with Operations Research-related emphasis), if the Master's Degree in a non-technical field may be substituted with 10 years of test and evaluation experience
- minimum of 5 years of test and evaluation experience
- 10+ years of military or government civilian experience
- Experience in the development of test and evaluation plans
- Experience with application of statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and human factors test and evaluation methods.
