Requirements

Possess a Master's Degree in social work with clinical experience in the program~ Master's Degree in psychology, sociology or other relevant behavioral science with direct clinical experience is a program requirement
Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of clinical employment experience
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Must be licensed (LMSW, LAC etc)
Be at least 21 years of age
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry

Responsibilities

Coordinating clinical services
Conducting mental health assessments
Counseling interventions
Monitoring students' well-being
Adjustment to the program
Assessing safety to release to sponsor
Training new clinicians
Crisis intervention
Maintaining documentation
Implements and manages the standards of care according to the guidelines of the ORR program
Ensures compliance of records and documentation and quality of care
