About The Position

Pilgrim's is looking for an Orientation Trainer to lead new hire orientation for hourly team members. They also facilitate communication with team members between English and Spanish in various scenarios, including confidential conversations, verbally or in writing. This role will be based in at our processing plant in Cold Spring, MN. At Pilgrim's, Safety Is A Condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first - always.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience required
• Bilingual English/Spanish - Read, write, and speak fluently is required
• Data entry skills required
• Intermediate skills and abilities in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Leads new hire orientation ensuring new team members complete required paperwork and training
• Assists with HR record keeping
• Assists in recruiting process such as calling potential candidates, scheduling interviews and other related functions
• Assists with team member questions and requests
• Assists in coordinating interpreter services to meet facility needs
• Assists with translation of team member materials as needed
• Other duties as required.
