The Democratic National Committee (DNC) is seeking an Organizing Platform Strategist to support our newly relaunched National Distributed Organizing Program. This pivotal role is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining digital organizing channels that facilitate grassroots mobilization, volunteer engagement, and integrated voter contact (IVC) efforts ahead of critical elections in 2025 and 2026. This role is essential in building and sustaining digital infrastructure that empowers volunteers and volunteer leaders nationwide. As the Organizing Platform Strategist, you will focus on digital community management, developing national in-platform social communities for content & messaging coordination, and maintaining organizing web properties, including strategic calls-to-action (CTAs) and organizing content. The ideal candidate possesses strong digital organizing and technical platform management skills, is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in dynamic and rapidly evolving environments. You should have a passion for digital engagement strategies, community building, and leveraging technology to enhance grassroots organizing effectiveness. The Organizing Platform Strategist reports directly to the Distributed Organizing Director.
