About The Position

As an Organizational Psychologist for the CIA, you will work in a consulting environment, eliciting client needs and designing, conducting, and reporting applied research to meet those requirements. This role involves answering critical questions related to workforce dynamics, organizational changes, and employee effectiveness, contributing to the overall mission of national security.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in a relevant field with a strong background in applied behavioral science research, research methodology, and statistics.
• High proficiency in statistical computing and data management programming.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Good writing and verbal presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Meet the minimum requirements for joining CIA, including U.S. citizenship and a background investigation.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced proficiency in data management software, particularly in R.
• Proficiency in or strong aptitude for data management, coding, and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R-Shiny, Tableau).
• Experience in research methodology and experimental design.
• Experience in item development and test validation.
• Research experience in job performance measurement and evaluation.
• Personnel assessment and selection research.
