About The Position
This position is part of the Global Human Resource Operations (GHRO) Organizational Management Centers of Excellence (COE) Team at The Walt Disney Company. The Organizational Management team is responsible for governing the organizational architecture and infrastructure related to headcount administration and employee statuses. The selected intern will provide a broad range of operational and project support for the HR system of record, Workday, and related downstream systems, utilizing data from Workday. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is eager to manage core structures, engage with clients, validate data, conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, provide training, and handle various project and integration-related assignments. This internship is a full-time commitment for six months, located in the Orlando, FL area, from January 2025 to June 2025.
