About The Position

The Organizational Effectiveness Manager at Dynamic SLR is responsible for enhancing organizational productivity and efficiency through effective training and development programs. This role involves assessing training needs, implementing educational initiatives, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs to align with the organization's goals. The manager will also facilitate organizational change and development, ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effectively.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in I/O Psychology, HR, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• 48 months of related, progressive experience in organizational development, assessment, or adult learning theories, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or solar industries.
• SHRM-SCP certification.

Responsibilities

• Study organizational effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency.
• Facilitate organizational development and change.
• Identify training and development needs within the organization.
• Formulate and implement training programs based on learning principles and individual differences.
• Assess employees' training needs to develop or improve training programs.
• Teach training methods and skills to instructors and supervisors.
• Facilitate training on learning and organizational development courses, including onboarding and team performance.
• Conduct or arrange ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff.
• Apply a data-driven approach to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors.
• Develop interview techniques, rating scales, and psychological tests for employee assessment.
• Conduct individual assessments and provide feedback for selection, placement, or promotion.
• Analyze job requirements to establish criteria for various personnel functions.
