About The Position
The Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Expedia Group is responsible for planning and executing change management strategies to support the transition to a new consumer business operating model. This role involves establishing new ways of working, conducting interviews to assess change impacts, and bridging the gap between current and future business states. The consultant will collaborate with various teams to design and facilitate working sessions, analyze existing processes, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
