About The Position
YWCA of Northwest Louisiana Organizational Development VISTA Improve the capacity of the YWCA of Northwest Louisiana to develop educational programs for the community, build new community partners, and develop resources for outreach, grants and fundraising, and improve program outcomes of current YWCA programs. Efforts will increase participation of low-income women to access YWCA services which will help break the cycle of poverty in Northwest Louisiana. Member Duties : The YWCA NWLA Poverty Reduction Initiative Project affects low-income, underserved people in NWLA, including Caddo and Bossier Parish through managing community programs and services to support women and children in poverty-stricken and underserved communities.
