About The Position

The Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for planning and facilitating training and leadership development initiatives that align with the mission, vision, and strategies of Parkview Health. This role serves as an internal consultant, collaborating with HR staff to provide training and development for leaders across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in organizational development or in a leadership/management role.
• Current curriculum certifications must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective interface with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate training and leadership development initiatives.
• Serve as an internal consultant to HR staff members.
• Partner with HR to provide training for leaders across Parkview Health.
