About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Organizational Development Specialist to join our Global Talent & HR Transformation Center of Excellence (COE). Reporting to the Sr. Director of Organizational Development, this global role is pivotal in supporting the execution and enablement of strategies that enhance our global talent processes and enabling technology, including performance management, talent review, succession planning, career development, 360/180 assessment, and career mapping/management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive human resources experience including organizational development, change management and/or individual/team capability-building.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an organizational development specialist charged with designing and implementing organization-wide initiatives.

  • Experience working in the Insurance and/or Financial Services industry desired.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with confirmed ability to communicate optimally with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle/balance multiple priorities and deliver a high-quality work product on a timely basis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in data analytics to extract actionable insights and inform the strategic decision-making processes.
  • Experience with HR technology platforms Oracle and Qualtrics desired.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Support design, implementation, adoption, and maintenance/operations of Oracle Talent Management & Career Management capabilities to enable Gallagher's global and divisional talent strategies.
  • Assist with implementation and management of 360/180 assessments to enable comprehensive stakeholder feedback and leadership development across Gallagher.
  • Partner with Employee Experience and Talent Management SMEs to drive HR enablement activities and adoption of strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Gallagher's capability centers, HR Shared services, technology, and/or other solutions to enhance service delivery quality, efficiency, and/or scalability.
  • Act as a functional SME and/or assist with managing prioritized initiatives to enhance overall Talent and HR Transformation operations/service delivery.
  • Analyze and interpret information from various data sources to find opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and Talent Management/employee experience offerings.
  • Organize, lead, and participate in Talent & HR Transformation improvement initiatives, projects, and process teams to deliver specific, measurable, achievable, and time-bound improvement objectives.
