We seek Organizational Development Motivational Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) Speaker candidates with relevant Education, And Academia Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Education, And Academia Sector Clients such as ESC1. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Motivation And Personal Growth Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Requirements

• Current or previous role aligned with Motivation & Personal Growth activities driving qualifications as a Organizational Development Motivational Keynote Speaker.
• Recognized expertise in domain, public speaking ability, and ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher recommended; equivalent hands-on experience or lived expertise accepted.

• Experience in Professional and Management Development Training initiatives.
• Proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to offer workshops, expert panels, or post-talk engagement sessions.
