About The Position

This position is responsible for assessing organizational learning needs and developing programs that drive professional growth and continuous learning, with a focus on executives and emerging leaders. Designs, implements, and evaluates initiatives that strengthen leadership and support long-term success. All job functions and requirements are carried out within the context and framework of Unity Health s Mission, Vision, and Values. This position is bound by organizational policies and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in organizational development/organizational behavior. Related experience considered in lieu of education.
• Five or more years of experience working in organizational development in a large organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations and facilitate learning
• Skilled in researching training options, leveraging multimedia platforms, and designing effective development programs
• Excellent leadership abilities
