About The Position
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investments Operations team at Mercer as the Organizational Design (OD) Implementation Leader to support the development of, and drive the implementation of, organizational changes across multiple geographies. This role will be based in Boston or New York. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This is a two-year fixed-term role to align with the program of work associated with a multi-year digital transformation program across Mercer Investments. The role will report to Global Head of Transformation & Change - Mercer Investments.
