About The Position

We are seeking an Organizational Change Practitioner who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives and projects by focusing on teammate & customer change readiness and adoption. This role involves developing and executing change management strategies which enhance the teammate/customer experience(s) for medium to large changes such as new business processes/models, organizational changes, new processes/technology/enhancements to build awareness, understanding, knowledge, and reinforcement. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams and leaders to assess the impact of changes, identifying & analyzing resistance, develop & deliver upon change strategies. By acting as a coach and mentor to leaders and change champions, this role will help drive faster adoption, higher utilization, and proficiency with changes, ultimately increasing benefit realization, value creation, and achieving desired outcomes. This role supports teams in integrating change management activities into project plans and ensures alignment with the Association’s overall change management framework.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business related field.
  • 8 + years of experience in working on organization projects which may include; Organizational Change Management, (Strategy, Planning, Development, and Delivery),Stakeholder Engagement, Leadership Alignment, Communications Planning, Training Strategy Design, and Organizational Readiness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and tools related to carrying out essential responsibilities of the position.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional Certifications in Program or Organizational Change Management (ex. Certified Change Practitioner) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement change management strategies that maximize the teammate/customer experience and adoption while minimizing resistance for medium to large programs/initiatives.
  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments and Mitigate Risks: Evaluate the impact of changes and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and resistance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design communication strategies and training programs to ensure effective dissemination of information and equip teammates with necessary skills.
  • Create and maintain a program heat map to visualize the impact of changes across roles, initiatives, and other relevant factors.
  • Act as a coach and mentor to leaders and change champions, helping them lead through change and transition.
  • Monitor and Measure Change Readiness: Define success metrics, track progress, and conduct readiness assessments to gauge teammate preparedness and adoption levels.
  • Integrate Change Management Activities into implementation/go-to-market plans: Collaborate with project teams to incorporate change management activities and ensure alignment with the organization's overall framework.
  • Collaborate and support the enterprise change management maturation roadmap efforts alongside the Enterprise Change Management Lead. This includes contributing to the development of the enterprise change management framework, methods, tools, and processes; driving the continued evolution and maturity of the change management discipline to maintain its relevance over time; and consistently implementing and applying a structured change methodology and plans within programs.
