The Organizational Change Manager plays a crucial role within the Change Management Center of Expertise (COE) for the North America region. This position is responsible for supporting Change Practitioners and Change Makers in implementing the ManpowerGroup Change Management Methodology. The individual will design, develop, implement, and manage change deliverables to ensure successful adoption of large-scale change initiatives, particularly in the Chicago area.
