The Organizational Change Manager will support Altec IS in implementing new systems, technologies, processes, and/or organizational structures by focusing on the 'associate side' of change. This includes change management within the IS Organization and in support of Altec businesses and shared services. In both instances, change management involves understanding associate needs and developing and implementing effective associate training, project planning, communication, and business process design. The goal of organizational change management is to improve performance of the IS organization and ensure successful implementation and adoption of technology by the business.
