About The Position

The Organizational Change Management Specialist I at Cable One is responsible for executing change management strategies and plans to enhance associate and customer adoption while minimizing resistance. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in change management, organizational development, or a related area.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze and assess change impacts and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
  • Experience in the finance industry or similar sectors.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies in organizational change management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with plan development and implement change management strategies, plans, and activities to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures.
  • Partner with change management team members to conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, resistance to change, and opportunities associated with organizational changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management principles into project management methodologies and organizational processes.
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
  • Collaborate with project managers on enterprise-wide initiatives, such as new system implementations and mergers and acquisitions affecting customers and associates.
  • Create communication plans, project plans, and materials to effectively communicate changes to associates and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to leaders and associates to build change readiness and resilience, facilitate transition, and promote adoption of new behaviors.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management activities, track progress against objectives, and identify areas for improvement.
