We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant / Lead to support large-scale transformation initiatives across M365, cloud, infrastructure, digital workplace, ITSM, and enterprise application / platform modernization programs. This role will lead end-to-end change management activities including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, hypercare, and transition to steady-state operations. This role is expected to support multiple concurrent projects and transformation workstreams while maintaining consistent OCM quality, governance, and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise OCM delivery, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to produce high-quality change materials, executive presentations, and adoption assets.
