About The Position
The Organizational Change Management Consultant at TEKsystems is responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive change strategies for various program-level initiatives across multiple projects. This role requires both strategic and tactical capabilities to ensure effective deployment and user adoption of changes. The consultant will leverage proven change management methodologies and collaborate with project sponsors and managers to align efforts with project work plans, while also mentoring team members and enhancing OCM practices within the organization.
